ALL SHOES LISTED ON THE GLOBE WEBSITE ARE IN USA MENS SIZES. PLEASE REFER TO THE SIZING CHART FOR MORE INFORMATION.

What forms of payment do you accept?

GLOBE ACCEPTS VISA, MASTERCARD AND PAYPAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH, CHECK OR CASH-ON-DELIVERY (C.O.D).

When will my order be sent?

ORDERS WILL BE SENT THE SAME DAY IF ORDERED BEFORE 1PM OR THE FOLLOWING DAY. PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 WORKING DAYS FOR STANDARD DELIVERY AND 2-3 WORKING DAYS FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY.

Where does Globe deliver to?

GLOBE ONLY DELIVERS WITHIN THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: GERMANY, SPAIN, FRANCE, AND GREAT BRITAIN. THE CANARY ISLANDS, THE BALEARIC ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA, DOM-TOM (CURRENTLY DROM, COM AND FRENCH POLYNESIA), CORSICA, MONACO, ANDORRA, THE CHANNEL ISLANDS OF JERSEY AND GUERNSEY, AND NORTHERN IRELAND ARE EXEMPT. What happens if I order something that is not in stock?

WE AIM TO UPDATE THE WEBSITE WITH THE LATEST STOCK INFORMATION, HOWEVER OCCASIONALLY STOCK DOES SELL OUT DUE TO POPULARITY. IN THIS CASE WE WILL NOTIFY YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BY PHONE OR EMAIL.
